Kl360 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kl360 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. These terms apply to all users of the kl360 platform in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kl360 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kl360 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use kl360's services. The platform bears no responsibility for any use by underage individuals who register using false information.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on kl360. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. kl360 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in order to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact kl360 customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a kl360 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable regulations.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kl360's systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform.
- Engaging in any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or payment systems.
- Transferring or sharing your account with another party.
Any breach of the above prohibitions entitles kl360 to immediately suspend or terminate your account and withhold any outstanding balance pending an internal investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the kl360 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source and belong to you.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy displayed on the platform.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and internal verification procedures.
- Kl360 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
Kl360 is not liable for any losses arising from transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Kl360 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, kl360 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses, service disruptions, or loss of data.
Kl360's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kl360 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of kl360 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from kl360.
Third-Party Links
The kl360 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kl360 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Kl360 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the kl360 support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within 7 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the current withdrawal policy.
Changes to These Terms
Kl360 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the kl360 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
